- I confirm the route, access, task fit, and visit date.
- During the visit, I review the list and complete the best-fit work inside the reserved time.
- If we both approve membership, the Fit Visit counts as visit one of the three-visit starting term.
- If either side decides it is not a fit, there is no subscription and no further visit commitment.

How Reserved Handyman Visits Work
- You send the work list before the visit.
- I confirm the order, needed materials, and what is likely to fit.
- Floors and nearby surfaces are protected.
- Work is completed inside the plan's reserved time.
- You receive a short update on completed work and next steps.
Reserved time includes setup, protection, work, and reset. This keeps each monthly handyman visit planned and consistent.

Founding Membership Availability
Use Handyman is accepting three founding membership homes. Each request is reviewed for location, task fit, access, and monthly scheduling.

Membership Pricing and Terms
- The first visit is a paid Fit Visit at the selected plan price.
- There is no membership commitment before the Fit Visit.
- If both sides approve membership, the Fit Visit becomes visit one of a three-visit starting term.
- The next two visits are billed monthly at the same plan price.
- After three visits, membership continues month to month.
- Unused time does not carry over, and visits do not stack.
- Add-on time is billed at the plan rate when the schedule allows.
- Materials are billed at cost plus the plan's listed handling rate.
- Parking, tolls, special material trips, and work outside the plan are approved separately.
- Plan changes depend on route and schedule space.
After the starting term, cancel through the online contact form, email, or text before the next monthly billing date to stop future billing.
Handyman Membership FAQ
- Is this a handyman subscription? It becomes a monthly membership only after the paid Fit Visit and approval from both sides.
- What if my list is longer than the visit? Add-on time may be used at your member rate when the schedule allows. Larger work is quoted separately.
- Can I change plans later? Yes, after the starting term if the route and schedule have space.
- Do unused visits roll over? No. Unused time does not carry over, and visits do not stack.
- Is membership for interior work only? Yes. Exterior, large, licensed, and multi-day work is quoted separately.
- Who handles the visits? Julius, the owner of Use Handyman, handles each approved membership visit.
