What membership does not cover
Membership is for ongoing interior upkeep inside the reserved visit. It does not cover:
- Full repainting or large projects
- Ladder work above a safe height
- Exterior work
- Renovation-scale tasks
- Multi-day jobs
These items are quoted separately so the monthly visit stays focused and predictable.
How a visit works
Every visit follows the same pattern:
- Review the list you send ahead of time
- Confirm the plan before starting
- Protect floors and nearby surfaces
- Complete the planned tasks inside the time block
- Quick check: hinges, trim, and hardware (as needed)
- Reset the space and send a short completion note
Choosing the right plan
Hammer: shorter monthly lists and finish care in high-use areas.
Wrench: steady progress across several rooms (most common choice).
Toolbox: larger homes that want deeper monthly time and top scheduling priority.
If you are unsure, start with Wrench. After 2-3 visits, we can adjust based on your home and the pace you want.
Plan terms and schedule rules
- All plans have a 6 month minimum term and are billed monthly.
- After 6 months, you can continue month to month or request a tier change if there is space.
- Each plan includes one reserved visit per month.
- Unused time does not carry over. Visits do not stack.
- Each visit stays inside the plan time block. If a task needs more time, it is scheduled separately.
Membership is not a discount plan. It is reserved time and priority access for steady interior upkeep.
