Estimate FAQ
- Do I need photos? Yes. A wide shot and a close-up per area keep pricing accurate and often remove the need for a first visit.
- What sizes help? Length, width, and ceiling height. For walls, note total length and any doors or windows.
- Will you come out before pricing? Often no if photos are strong. For complex work or unknown conditions, I may suggest a short visit first.
- Do you do same-day emergencies? Limited. Send a photo and your timing window. If I can fit it safely, I will tell you what is possible.
- Do you handle small one-off tasks? Sometimes, if it fits the route and schedule. Use one request per project so I can scope it well.
- How do you protect the home? Protection first: floors covered, dust handled, and a tidy closeout. If a space needs special care, note it in the form.
- Can I combine many tasks? Please send one request per project. It keeps the breakdown neat and helps scheduling.
- What areas do you cover? Chicago's western, southwest, and North Shore suburbs. See the service areas. If you are just outside, send your city and I will confirm.
- How fast will I hear back? Most requests are reviewed same day or the next business day.
- Not sure if I handle your task? with a short note and I will reply with next steps.
