About Use Handyman
I'm Julius, the owner behind Use Handyman. I take a limited schedule so projects stay controlled and finished to a high standard. My work falls into five main areas: interior finish work, carpentry and assembly, repairs and small upgrades, exterior upkeep, and seasonal maintenance. Clients can choose service packages for focused work, premium for larger refresh projects, or a membership for repeat upkeep and priority scheduling.
At a glance
Owner-Led Standard
The same person who reviews your request sets the plan and stays responsible through the final check. Standards do not shift from visit to visit, and the details are not left to chance.
What stays under direct control: scope in writing, order of work, material choices, finish checks, and on-site conduct. When extra help is needed, support is added, but direction and outcome stay under one lead.
What to Expect
Expect a structured flow: written scope, scheduled work blocks, and decision points handled before work changes. Updates stay practical so you always know what is done and what is next.
There are three ways to work together: packaged visits for focused lists, premium project work for larger refreshes, and a maintenance membership plan for repeat upkeep and priority scheduling.
How Work Runs On Site
- Scope confirmed before start
- Floors and paths covered
- Work follows the planned order
- Finish checked before pack-up
- Debris out, space reset
How Planning Works
- Send photos and a short list
- Receive scope in writing
- Work blocks are scheduled
- Changes approved in advance
- Next steps shared in brief

What We Work On
This work is built around outcomes, not random tasks. Most projects fit into a few common lanes:
- Move-in and sale prep lists (planned and staged)
- Multi-room refresh work (walls, trim, repairs, and updates)
- Finish-sensitive fixes (where blending and alignment matter)
- Exterior upkeep (weather-exposed areas and wear points)
- Seasonal readiness (targeted lists, not open-ended work)
Some requests are more niche. If it is detail-heavy or needs a careful approach, include it in your request and I will tell you if it fits.
Who This Service Is For
Use Handyman is a strong fit for:
- Busy homeowners who want one steady pro managing the work
- Homes where finish quality and respect for the space matter
- Condo owners who need a careful approach in shared buildings
- Owners preparing a home for guests, photos, move-in, or sale
- Small commercial spaces that prefer a professional on-site presence
The best results come when the scope is defined, access is planned, and expectations match a premium standard.
When It May Not Be the Right Match
- Same-day emergencies that skip planning
- Price-first shopping where the goal is "fast and cheap"
- Remodel-scale jobs needing multiple trades and permits
- Open-ended requests with no defined list or priorities
- Work that requires a full crew on site every day
If something is outside scope or timing, I will say so early.
